PLZ FRUIT respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, you can submit a takedown notice using the process below.
1. Trademarks & Fan Use
"Roblox", "Blox Fruits", and related names and imagery are the property of their respective owners. PLZ FRUIT is an independent fan project and uses these names for identification and community reference only, in what we believe is nominative fair use. If you are a rights holder and disagree, please contact us.
2. What to Include in a Takedown Notice
- Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
- A clear description of the copyrighted or trademarked work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on PLZ FRUIT where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Where to Send It
Send takedown notices to our designated contact via the support links inside your account settings, or via the contact information published on our support Discord. Incomplete notices may be returned.
4. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed content and its original location on the Site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction in your local court and your signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or trademark rights will be permanently terminated.
6. Bad-Faith Notices
Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may expose you to liability. Please make sure your claim is valid before filing.
